Dr. Seuss Cake

The books included in the cake are The Cat in the Hat; Green Eggs and Ham; One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish; and Oh, the Places You'll Go. The cake flavor was a pink lemonade with white chocolate mousse filling and a lemon zest Swiss buttercream.
